The MLBC invites you to join us at the Parkersburg Art Center on April 12, 2018 for a cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvre, dinner and a guest speaker from the Oil and Gas Museum. Tours of the Oil and Gas Museum will also be available throughout the night as well.
