In response to the recent Ohio supreme court case, Dundics v Eric Petroleum Corp, which requires landmen that negotiate oil and gas leases to be licensed real estate brokers, the MLBC is hosting a lunch meeting at Undo's in St. Clairsville, OH where Michael Hammond with DMC Bradley will be presenting on how this case affects our members, in particularly our Ohio members.
