Join us on December 5th at Southpointe Golf Club for our half day seminar and holiday happy hour. The seminar will be discussing the role of land in the life cycle of well/unit development. 3 CE's will be available and CLE approvals are pending. Schedule will be the following:
Hour 1: Surface Development-Discussion of the process of acquiring land for a wellsite for a company’s plan of development. Hour 2: Leasing/Acquisition -Discussion of the importance of the oil and gas lease negotiation with landowners and negotiating with other companies who may hold the leasehold rights for acquisition. Hour 3: Land Administration- Discussion of lease maintenance, division orders for payment of royalties, and interacting with landowners.
Registration will begin at 1pm and Happy hour will be immediately following end of seminar.
