The Senior Landman/Division Land Manager reports to the Senior Land Manager. Responsible for overseeing all Division/District Land Operations as well as maintenance and review of all agreements required for exploration, development and production operations. Plans and directs projects and supplies land knowledge, leadership and consultation to professional co-workers. Represents Company in external discussions and negotiations with WI, mineral/royalty, and surface owners.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review and determine upcoming lease obligations and participate in determining contractual provision of various agreements contributing to the disposition of each obligation; monitor lease, ROW and numerous contract obligations.
2. Provide all levels of land support to assigned area of responsibility, working with field, technical, management and executive personnel.
3. Direct field brokers to aide in curing title deficiencies and defects.

Land Administrator

The Land Assistant reports to the Land Manager and will provide support for the Land department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide general clerical support to include file maintenance
 Ensure proper indexing, labeling and filing of documents, hard-copies and electronically.
 Prepares affidavits and memorandums and maintains document file
 Provides information to royalty owners, surface owner and working interest partners.
 Evaluates and analyzes materials related to title documents and or oil and gas agreements
 Maintain company’s land and lease records
 Prepares special reports as required by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and have previous SharePoint experience

Job Summary
Perform technical, analytical and administrative work developing and maintaining the software related to the Midstream & Production ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS). Establish protocols for system access and data storage, meeting with users to get feedback on system performance, and making adjustments to the Software to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Duties
Must possess familiarity with a variety of raster and vector geospatial data formats.
Familiarity with ArcGIS editing tools and support the users of the XenApp based ArcGIS product suite
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Excellent skill level using common MS office tools.
Integrated Gas experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate taking ownership and showing leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Other related certifications are a plus.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in geography, GIS or related field
Three to five years’ hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency with ESRI GIS software required.
