WV. She recently worked with NASA and brought several components together in the class room. Including Lego's & Computers to work with simple machines, designed and create a working model, problem solving of technological design, design simple program, and wrote a short story. How about that for an art class!!! This is to help our young students toward a possible career in engineering. ▲

Years go by and .......many scenarios can and do take place... what about the Minerals. Ohio passed the Ohio Dormant Mineral Act in 1989 and amended in 2006 ▲

We have all read them, but sometimes when we get down to the nuts and bolts of what is being conveyed and the intent of the parties we may have some issues... and so to the judges we go. ▲

What are they really conveying and what was the intent? ▲

Preserving the mineral rights in the correct format and time frame is now one of the questions being answered in the courts of Ohio. ▲

The Law has brought up more questions that the courts are trying to answer. With Millions of Dollars at stake landowners as well as the natural resource Companies are being attentive to results ▲
